Free trial: Full refund (less applicable shipping and handling) for instruments returned to us within fourteen days from the purchase date in the same condition. After fourteen days all returns will be treated as rent-to-own. If there are damages to the returned instruments caused by mishandling, an estimated amount of repair cost will be deducted from the refund or trade-in credit.
Warrantee: Two years for new instruments, one year for used instruments. Exclude damages caused by mishandling. Free loaner available when warrantee work is needed.
